Poor food easily disguised by an eye catching exterior. Service and food leave much to be desired, with service being carried out by what are essentially juniors, probably low paid workers unable to react and respond quickly and efficiently. Naan bread was dry and lacked the nice fluffyness you may get in other joints. They seemed old, even. T-bone steak was disappointing. Though large in size, it tasted like eating tyres (not that I have ever eaten a tyre). Their mango lassi came warm. Honestly was so shocked at how warm. Not room temp, but as if it was left out on a hot summers day! Dreadful in this taste, but requested ice which alleviated it somewhat. Water and softdrinks also arrived warm. Completely absurd to supply warm without ice (had to request). This should at least be mentioned to customers before hand. Warm coke is foul! Price was also not justified by the very poor food and service. Honestly a disappointing experience all around. Can honestly say I will not return here. There are better places in the world. Do not be fooled by the appealing exterior...
