I recently visited STK Stratford and had a really enjoyable experience overall. We started with the California rolls and wagyu tacos. The California rolls were fresh and a great way to kick things off. The wagyu tacos, while still decent, weren’t quite to my personal taste—but they were well-prepared nonetheless. For mains, we ordered the filet steak and ribeye, and this is where the meal really stood out. Both steaks were superb—cooked to perfection and clearly high-quality cuts of meat. You can tell they take real care with their steak preparation. We also had the parmesan fries, which were absolutely delicious and a perfect side to complement the mains. We decided to try all the sauces, and the standout was definitely the red wine sauce, followed closely by the chimichurri—both added great depth of flavour to the steaks. Overall, a great dining experience with excellent steaks and sides.
