I recently purchased meat legs from this place, and my experience was highly disappointing. The whole leg was missing from the whole sheep, and the quality of the meat was extremely poor. Despite being lamb, it took an unusually long time to cook, and the end result was tasteless and horrible. The meat seemed tough and resembled something more like crocodile than lamb. To make matters worse, the process of receiving my Kurbani (SNMC) order was chaotic and disorganized. I had to wait from 10 am to 4 pm in a messy and poorly organized back door area of the company, surrounded by a pushing and yelling crowd of people. It was an unpleasant experience where those who were strong and yelling more seemed to receive their orders earlier. The lack of management and respect to customers was evident throughout the entire process. There seemed to be no clear organization or management skills in place, leaving customers frustrated and dissatisfied. Respect for customers' time and needs was lacking, which is unacceptable for any business. I strongly believe that this place needs a serious evaluation of its management practices and customer service. Improvements in organization, communication, and overall customer experience are urgently required. As a customer, I expect better treatment and quality products when making a purchase. In conclusion, I would not recommend this place for purchasing meat or participating in any future Kurbani events. My experience was marred by poor-quality meat, chaotic service, and a complete lack of respect towards customers. It is essential for the management to take immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience.
