Very over-priced halal meat and food products because the store has a monopoly in the West-end area of the city (particularly Bayshore which has a large muslim population). I stopped shopping here because I found other halal stores in wellington, merivale, woodroffe areas.

They have good selection of meats and other groceries. However I can't say the same of the customer service. The butcher is so rude and I mentioned that to the owner. Muslims need to be more firm with these places and by not accepting that kind of behavior.

Number 1 ranked halal meat Store in Ottawa. The Store has a wide variety of items from all acorss the world. Masallah the store is very clean and the service is excellent. I would definitly recommend this place to my Muslim brothers and sisters, also non-Muslims! Finally the prices are very reasonable and there is always deals on products in comparison to competing stores

Probably the most epensive place of its type in Ottawa. Relatively clean though.

masha'Allah, they've got some very nice meat and their food is wicked. Love the atmosphere, very comfortable. The place isn't that big but I can take a while just going around. I saw some certificates that were given by the Islamic foudations for the authenticity of halal meat

Meat is fresh and Halal but chicken is from Maple Lodge. Other groceries are OK and fair priced. Management is quite friendly and cooperative.
