As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

The shawarma has good flavor overall. The sauce is tasty, and the chicken stays crispy with a nice seasoning. The beef also has good flavor, but some pieces were tough and hard to bite. The only real downside was the cheese fingers, as the portion was very small and only came with three small pieces. The service was very good, and the place was clean, which made the visit more pleasant overall.
