, Today I came to buy Maryland chicken from your shop. I asked one of your staff members (the girl wearing a hijab) if you remove the skin from the chicken. She replied “no” in a very rude manner. I asked again if you remove the skin from the whole chicken, and she again responded rudely. If you do not provide this service, that is completely fine. However, the way she spoke to me was very disrespectful. I have been buying from your shop many times, but after this experience, I am very disappointed and do not feel comfortable coming back. Please train your staff to provide basic customer service and speak politely to customers. Thank you.
