first time visiting this butcher, the guy was very polite and helpful, we bought 1kg of beef mince which I had asked if he could do with 20% fat and he did it, we also bought a pk of lamb sausages. Have to say thats the best tasting beef and didn't stick to ny hands when making the patties either, but yeah tasted so clean, no gristle, no bones or chewy bits i had fron supermarket mince, was even better tasting than my local butchers mince, also reminded me of the meat patties in Ikrams hamburgers. The lamb sausages i cooked up in a fry pan, the skin broke but meh, they cooked really well and omg tasted so good, clean and free of the additives, even the mrs really enjoyed the taste
