The guy i think he was a owner or maybe be manager i dont him. I was at pak express first time. I never see that kind of rude guy in my whole life. He was disrespectfully saying 2 young customer that get out get out. Even they was just buying stuff and pay for that. And there was something they dont want to buy. The stuff is not even good quality. So better go somewhere else where even u can do respectfully shopping.

Each time I visit Pak Express it is an outstanding experience! The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional in making me feel welcome from the moment I walk in. Their customer service is exceptional. Staff skills are top-notch, they are always ready to help with a smile. The selection of fresh products is impressive as well. Everything from the meat produce to the bakery items is fresh, well-stocked, and of the highest quality. It's clear that Pak Express takes pride in providing only the best for their customers. Pak Express is a fantastic place to shop, combining excellent customer service with fresh, high-quality products. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a superior grocery shopping experience!

Asalawaliakum . Pak express is one of the OUTSTANDING Shopping experiences in Capehill. The staff especially Manisha is extremely helpful and the Butcher section are FANTASTIC & VERY KIND, They accommodate customers right till the closing time. They are never in a rush to close.counters and patiently wait for customers to finish . The butcher counter ensures they give you fresh good and fantastic produce, the prices are always very very at parity and affordable for every customer. I am so happy with the shopping experience that everything I need to go get something the first place that comes to my mind is Pak Express. Thank you staff. You guys rock and are fantastic. Keep up the quality and the good customer service I am sure this will.taje you a long way. Thank you guys.

Fantastic place for your everyday essentials and fresh groceries. Great customer service from all the lovely staff in store. Would like to a give a big thank you to Akib, a lovely person and extremely helpful. So guys, definitely check them out.
