V tasty and quick to order- quite expensive for a lunch meal but can get hold of discount vouchers or ask for sub of the day to bring price down

Extremely poor service. I waited 25 minutes in total, which was made worse by missing items and a lack of basic communication. I wasn’t acknowledged upon entering and was eventually forced to use the self-checkout kiosk, yet the staff immediately served the next two customers manually. To make matters worse, the kiosk failed to provide a receipt and missed my footlong cookie. When I raised the issue, the staff member was completely unhelpful and actually smirked about the missing item. An incredibly unprofessional experience.
