Really disappointing experience. The restaurant was empty and I was asked if I wanted a menu and then told to come to the desk to order. A little hospitality and good customer services goes a long way sometimes. When the food was ready it came in a take away box even though I wanted to eat in. Them was told to get my own cutlery. It’s just seemed low effort and inpersonable The food was not nice at all. The wings were cold and undercooked/pink inside. If I’m paying £17 for a meal I except the wings to be grilled freshly, not reheated and cold. There were tiny 3 prawns. Mac n cheese was undercooked. Waffles weren’t nice. Corn and cob was cold. I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews, especially on small/black owned businesses but I’m actually upset I just wasted £30 on dinner that wasn’t nice and the service was poor
