Second time I order from Wing Shack and second time everything goes wrong. Nothing looks like the photos — manage your expectations to the absolute worst and you’ll still be disappointed. Both times they got the order wrong: flat water instead of sparkling, no cutlery, and missing items. The so-called “coleslaw” is literally just dry shredded vegetables. No sauce, no vinaigrette, nothing — more like rabbit food than actual coleslaw. Absolutely inedible. Twice burned, never again. Really poor quality and careless service.
