Good place for sandwiches but not great. The service is a bit slow and the staff needs a course in public hospitality. I once stood at the counter for 4 minutes while the guy working/cleaning behind the counter avoided eye contact and failed to respond to my desperate attempts, both verbal and gestrual, to get his attention, so I could order the food. Turns out this guy is one of the owner/manager. I was not impressed at all. They however do have an excellent crispy chicken sandwich and decent burgers but overall nothing to write home about. A bit pricey when considering the portions and the quality of the food. I would go there again randomly, but not on a planned and anticipated outing.

Awesome food. Some of the portions seemed a little small, but definitely is a place I'd come back to.

AH-MAZING! So good that I really wish they open a branch in Orlando. Ambience was clean, with lots of place to sit, and a great interior. We tried their Philly cheese steak, baklava and iced coffee. The bun for the sub was soft, light and fresh. Meat was flavorful, tender and would melt in your mouth. Iced coffee was just the best I've tried had in years! And so was balaclava. I have lived in Middle East and know the authentic baklava! This was it, if not better. Pastry was light and crispy with mixed nuts just perfectly sweetened. This place is another MUST GO in Houston. Will never disappoint. Highly recommended.

Our first time today. Orders taken promptly. Food arrived within 15 min. Very delicious and the taste better than most middle eastern food outlets. Atmosphere is simple and very clean. Would come again and would recommend it as well. Price reasonable as well.

Very nice food and many options available on the menu. I tried their shawarma. It was nice but i thought it was a bit dry and missing some sauces. My wife and kids loved it though! I will go again and try other menu items.

Kabab sandwiches and wraps are pretty good. Tried both kafta and chicken kabab. Both were great. Sauce selection is pretty decent as well. Will return.

Hands down the best halal burgers in Texas! Awesome service, very friendly staff...they usually have a bowl of dates at the register for you plus all the garlic sauce you can eat!No brainer, if you are in Houston you HAVE GOT TO try their burgers.

I just went there yesterday, and I am thinking about going there again today. Great food, I am right now loving the Jalapeno Burger and so is my wife. Its definitely worth the visit if your looking for great American Halal food.

Insanely good food! I love this place with all my heart. If you are looking for American styled food come over here because I guaranty it's the bomb.com (I really do recommend the crispy chicken burger, gyro platter, and the beef burger but all of the items are good too)

Best Philly steak in the US halal and good service.

Buffalo Crispy Chicken Burger! It was awesome and I have it all the time! The brothers who run the place and very friendly and the restaurant is clean and conveniently located for a stop after your grocery shopping on Hillcroft.

All the sandwiches I has tried so far was good philly chicken , philly steak , mix gyro sandwich . But I didn't like crispy chicken sandwich it was dry no sauce nothing But overall a very nice place .

Really like this place. Brother behind the counter is always very friendly and greets you with a smile. I wish they could extended their hours on the weekend though!

It has an amazing Philly Cheesesteak!

So far I have tried the philly cheese steak, crispy chicken sandwich, beef kabob plate, and hot wings. All of them have been on point. Place is well maintained, better than most halal establishments I have been to.

I loved philly cheese steak sandwich.

I like the food here so much. My wife liked the fact that they have a self service drink, souses and cutlery. The downside of this restaurant is its look. It looks old and it does not reflect the quality of food served.

Wow roast beef sandwich was out of this world!

Clean place and bathrooms, adequate seating, family friendly. Extensive burger menu, friendly service (limited kids menu as well). Tried the swiss mushroom, id say good but I have had better in houston. I would go back to try other items though.

CANT BEAT THEIR HALAL PHILLY AND BURGERS! Went with family after hearing good things, these guys know their stuff , we had the philly sandwich, chicken burger, beef burger and fish burger ..all were very very good. probably the best halal burgers I have had in a while, this is the only place we go for our american cuisine, and the service is A+.

I just had the Mushroom Swiss Burger & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was also good & friendly. Price is a bit high.

This is one the best restaurants in the area. We try to visit anytime we are in Houston. Have tried several of their chicken, lamb dishes and burgers and all are great.

Been going here for 2 yrs now. Clear deterioration in food quality. Used to be tasty and fresh, now it tastes average and reheated. Used to highly recommend the place....now not at all. Not sure if there has been a change in management? id rather go to M

After reading all these reviews, we decided to go there for halal burgers and were so excited. Did not live up to all the hype. The food is mediocre at best. The burger meat didn't taste fresh and it was such a thin patty. Nothing special. The chicken sandwich was a little better but still not worth the money, the trip, or the calories. Service is blah. The restaurant was dead, just 3 other customers. They were out of garlic mayo and I told them. Never got filled as if they were so busy and couldn't get to it. Chicken Shawarmaa sandwich was good. Decent size proportions. Loved it. Price is ok, not cheap.

The Crispy Chicken is the King! I love it, , my mom loves it, my friends love it and you'll love it, too! The burger and fries are very good, and the chicken sandwiches are pretty good, too. All the ice tea to drink till your bladder screams, very good condiments and a clean bathroom for Muslims. The brothers that run this place are awesome, friendly and Alhamdulillah, make you feel welcome. I asked to borrow a prayer mat to pray, and they had one! I was even offered a job! This is the best halal place in Houston, in my opinion!

Went there twice to open fast. I've had the crispy chicken burger and the halapeno burger. Both were very good. The staff was very friendly. I'll be coming back.

I wish we had busy boy in Dallas. The food is amazingly good at a very reasonable price. Here is my take on food we sampled: Beef Kabob - A+ - Simply the best beef kabob I have ever has. Very tender, juicy and falvorful. Grilled chicken sandwich - A+ Rice & Steak - A+ Crispy chicken sandwich - A- Philly steak sandwich - A- Kofta Kabob - B+ - bit too salty for us. The best part is that the owner & staff are very welcoming and hospitable.

One of the best Halal restaurant in Houston. They are know for their sandwiches but they also make very good kebabs. Definitely Halal, I know the owner and see him every week at Jumah.

2nd time at this place. Returned after 4 or 5 years. Everything was halal this time. I had the grilled chicken sandwich combo. Was really good. Price is average. I really like this place.

Food is consistently good and the place is always clean! A great HALAL ZABIHAH alternative to super greasy eating on Hilcroft! Recognize! Suggestion: ask for double the meat on the sandwiches - so much better!

I love Busy Boy! I was so happy when they took over and made it halal! The burgers are sooooo good! The owner makes new items every now and then...like tacos and wings. Ocassionally I will try the new items in addtion to what I would normally order. The shawarma is excellent! The staff is very friendly.

I have gone there a on a couple of occasions. And I would have to disagree with the [other reviewer]. The atmosphere is good, and the staff is very nice. But on the couple occasions I have been there, it has left me wanting something more, or just wasnt good. This place is worth a try and give your own opinion.

Good fast food that is not terribly expensive. I would probably only go there if I happened to be nearby -- would not make a special trip to eat there.

inconsistent service..but is generally good..the sandwiches are quite delicious, and not a bad price either.

Very good American food, if you are bored by eating all desi food then I would definitely recommend to go to this place. They have all burgers, sandwiches, shwarma stuff. Owner is middle eastern, a nice guy. I go there once a month for change. Definitely worth 10 miles drive.

ever since savoy started making crappy food and china king which we ate evry week got old, we have started eating here and its really good try the philly cheese steak and the halal burger

Alhamdulilah there is finally a nice and clean authentic Halal restaurant in town. There is so much to choose from like the Kabab, Burgers, Shawerma, cheese Steaks, Pasta, even Turkey&RoastBeef Po'Boys, InshALLAH there will more BusyBoy Cafe's around, this place is a success, I would strongly recomend it to everyone.

Mash'Allah good food, I enjoyed the food very much. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and it met my expectations. I highly recommend this place if your feeling sandwichy like! ;) The service was great too!

Me and my sister went there and got a halal double hamburger with all the fixins, it tasted like it was flame broiled.. It was so good... Each meal was like 6 dollars but since it was double patty it was like 8 dollars... Totally worth it.. Will go again.

Have been there a couple of times now. Excellent food, Clean surroundings and Very pleasant staff. Finally there is a halal place that serves good non-desi food for kids!

Excellent fast food and good sevring size. Also very nice, clean environment (Unusual for a zabihah halal place) that you would not mind dragging your coworkers to lunch too. Have tried their grilled chicken sandwich and chicken shawarma sandwich. On my first visit, a friend of mine grilled the owner incessantly to confirm that he uses zabihah meat and apparently he passed with flying colours.
