Excellent food, try their platters. Also have a mini mart in the back and sell shisha!

I tried kafta kebab that is very good, the meat is juicy and tasty. The place also very clean and comfortable.

This is a Middle-Eastern restaurant/bakery/market serving appetizers (hummus, fattoush, grape leaves, baba ghanouj), shawarma, kabobs, falafel, and desserts. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained and there are many tables and booths available for seating. The restaurant is self-serve and orders are prepared promptly. The restaurant is attached to the bakery/store. Parking is available on street and in the public lot across the street, though parking can be tight at times. This reviewer has been to the restaurant many, many times and has found its quality to be consistently high. The hummus, pita bread, falafel, fattoush, shawarma are all excellent, and the platters are a very good value. The Middle-East spec tangerine Schweppes soda, when available, is sublime. This is a favorite go-to when food is needed or guests are in town, and is certainly both the best halal and best Middle-Eastern restaurant in Worcester.

Baystate Bakery is the original as well as the best halal spot in Worcester, hands down.

Not a bad place to grab a quick sandwich, fresh pita bread, veggies and select grocery items. The owners are welcoming. I've heard in Ramadan they've rotisserie chicken.

This is a great restaurant, bakery, meat shop, and mini grocery masha'Allah. It is not huge in size, but the sandwiches and burgers are always delicious, the meats are always fresh, and the owners/staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to pick up fresh bread, chicken or meat, and spices and canned foods (pickles, etc). I shop there frequently, and my husband and I take the kids there for lunch from time to time.

This place is great. My favorite thing to eat there is the chicken breast rolled up in syrian bread with hummus. There whole chickens are very good too. The meat practically just falls off of the bone. They have a variety of other good items as well.

This is a bakery, mini grocery store and restaurant (no seats..you stand up or take-out food.) Soon, they are moving to larger store next door. Being a veggie, I speak for only vegetarian food. Good food here. Great hommus. Syrian bread with sesame seeds delicious! Wonderful pastries. Have many imported foods..canned, bottled, and refrigerated. Make pita bread that sells in stores all over the state. Real charcoal grill. Kebobs only $3.50. Open Mon--Thurs until 9pm. Fri, Sat, Sun til 11pm.

Although this is mostly a muslim owned grocery store providing zabihah meat and other middle eastern delicacies, they have an excellent menu of take out sandwiches and plates. The food is Middle Eastern and very delicious. The combinationation of their Shish Kabob with Vimto is my personal recommendation.

An excellent Middle Eastern style bakery/grocery plus hot food spot. Serves delicious shawarma, various types of kabab, and rotisserie chicken. Plus, you can take Halal meat home.
