The staff of this restaurant has verbally confirmed halal status. There is a wide selection of halal certified meats (from turkey slices to whole lamb). The Islamic halal certification is posted right beside the halal meat in the same section. This business sells halal meats in bulk, hand-cut (zabihah) chicken, halal non-hand cut chicken, frozen halal products including Carribean crescent beef patties, chicken burger patties, nuggets, gyro slices, deli meats in unsliced bulk including roast beef, pastrami, roast turkey, turkey ham logs, halal beef slice pepperoni. They carry halal frozen duck, halal frozen whole turkey, halal caseless hot dogs, and premade burgers. Middle eastern Tahini, olives, etc. During Ramadan they have halal juice powders and other seasonal items. They sell the best strip loin and ribs that are halal in quantities that avg 10 lbs+. per section. You can also buy at a cheaper price in 50lb+ quantities.

ialabdra is correct, they do not have any certificate like IFANCA, WHFC or ISNA-Halal, nothing whatso ever
wondering why Zabihah.com managemnet allow to add it here while they don't have any kind of confirmation , no certification or or any information even on their official website. I tried my best calling the Chicago branch to get information about Halal but they are not wiling to answer anything as I'm not a restaurant or supermarket.
Machine-slaughtered... Sadly a lot of "Halal" Restaurants buy from here and then say it is Halal. My Advise would be for us Muslims to insist that our Restaurants buy from Islamically Certified Meat Distributors
As salaamu alaykum, My understanding is that this establishment keeps machine-slaughtered only in stock, no hand slaughtered, can anyone confirm?
