this restaurant definately served the best Thai food during our last trip in Bangkok ! our tour guide brought us to this restaurant as we requested for halal food. location is quite far from Central Bangkok so you might need to take taxi to this hotel. we arrived during lunch time and ordered a few dishes from the menu - tomyam with coconut milk, papaya salad @ somtam, fried chicken with basil, omelette, one vege dish and green chicken curry. the total bill came out about THB700 which was really worth it because this restaurant is in a hotel ! service was fast and the waiters are very friendly. definately worth a visit ! too bad that we were already full to try out the padthai (awarded the best padthai in Bangkok)

The food here is indeed halal and delicious. Must try som-tham @ papaya salad. Another dish that you must try is the pad-thai, fried flat noodle. The hotel won the award for this dish. My family and I stayed here from 29 Nov - 2 Dec 09. Clean and spacious rooms equipped with all basic amenities (including prepaid Wi-Fi) Recommended to all muslim travellers.

The Hotel Management & Staff assured that the food are Halal and the hotel is owned by a Moslem family. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of dishes.Ala carte orders are also very cheap. The Tom Yam is great. Caters also for group functions. There is a prayer room on the ground floor and a prayer mat/sejadah is provided in each room. Not far from the mosque and Banglumphu shoppin area.Accept credit cards.Hotel rate is very cheap - baht 750 per night including breakfast.

*Mouth watering * This hotel's halal restaurant is a wonderful break from thailand's pork culture. The food was very well presented and absolutely delicious. Make full use of the hotel's buffet breakfast to fill up before starting your day in the city area. Another non-food related tip, prayer mats can be borrowed from the hotel!
