Its good.. but they did not serve halal meat which was too bad... they are already popular but still don't seem to incline to serve halal meat... hopefully they do.. the veggie part was decent....

The line outside during lunch (full of non-Muslim mainstream American folk) says it all. Best falafels I've ever had. However, if i recall correctly, I was pretty disappointed by the gyros. Just have the falafels and you'll come out happy.

This place only has a partial halal menu : The Gyros and Kofta Sandwich (according to the gentleman at the register). I would also double check with them when ordering. Aside from that, they also have a Falafel sandwich which is excellent. It is well prepared and tastes really good. I also agree with the comment from amuhajor about the Banana Shake---it was nice. Although the seating is more for outdoors there is a little room inside for seating. Also remember, they only take cash. Prices are not bad and service is swift. Check it out, if you haven't already.

Cannot beat the Falafel sandwich/bannana shake combo... The best in the bay area by far. I even take my non-Muslim friends there. Even though the owner's are not Muslims, they are kind people.

This place has the best falafel I've had in a long time. Their kibbi was also excellent. This is THE place to go for a falafel fix.

They now serve Halal Gyros and theyre Super fast and Super tasty. Not really a sit-down-dine-in type of establishment but pretty decent.

I was excited to learn that they finally serve halal gyros. The gyro I had was pretty good and very filling. However, I prefer their falafels.

This place does have the BEST falafel's in all of California perhaps; I have eaten there for a long time (10+ years). However, please note that the falafel's are fried in the same oil they fry chicken corn dogs in. The owners say those corn dogs are Kosher. I have not eaten the falafel's there becauase of this but I tried the gyros and they were not that bad. (don't make this a discussion about kosher being halal or not halal - each person should make that decision on their own or ask your sheikh.)

This place has the best Falafel's in the Bay Area (I have tried many, believe me:)). Im glad to see that they are now serving some Halal meat as well. Advice to Muslims...continue to ask for Halal meat, so more Restaurants and Businesses will feel the need to serve Halal meat!
