Small family operation with very good Iranian food. Halal sign clearly visible on the door and other places. They have a small menu, mostly composed of meat items. I guess that is a reflection of the cuisine itself. Try their home made deserts as well.

Excellent food and service. We have been dining here for 7 years and have never been disappointed. Isfahan offers consistent quality and taste that you can't find at many other Persian restaurants. My personal favorite is the Beryani (ground beef w/bread), definitely try this place if you're in the area!

This restaurant is function over form. While it may not look fancy, it delivers very well in terms of taste. My family went in one day two years ago, and we make it a point to come back whenever the family's all in town. We had the mastomoosir, cucumber yogert (mastokhiar), and hummus. All were pretty good; nothing to right home about (enough for a review maybe...), but tasty and delightful. I suggest holding off the mastokhiar and mastomoosir until the main courses arrive to mix it in with the rice! We had a mix of different entres: 1) 2 Filet Mignon Combo (Sultani) 2) 2 Two Koobideh combo 3) 1 Filet Mignon Kabob (Barg) 4) 1 Chicken Kabob All these were tasty and well-filling. The meat was very tender and the aroma left you wanting more. You would really get your fill here and be satisfied every time. I know my family were. We ended the meal with a bit of tea which was nice and aromatic Persian tea, a great way to soothe and end a great meal. I give this place 5 stars because the appetizers can be a bit off with the texture (although I had no problems once I mixed it into the rice). The price also factors into the score, as I feel it was a good value for great kabob. I would recommend it to anyone in the area wanting to get a good tasty Persian meal.

Their Kobabs are awesome. The prices are decent. They did a large catering order for me. Boy was I happy with the result. Everyone was raving about the kabobs. They are very flexible, respectful and accomadated my special requests. A wonderful family joint (Dad, Mom & Son all super nice.)

Best koobideh in the bay... 5 stars for that. Other stuff is decent. More of a takeout place. Friendly mom n pop place.

I just went there with a friend. I got a khoobideh kabob wrap. It was decent. I wish they had some tahini.

I took my family all the way to Campbell after seeing a score of 4.4/5.0, but I really think they're a 2 or 2.5. Their kababs were okay, but they offered no trimmings beyond rice and half-a tomato. No sauces, no flavoring in the rice, no side vegetables, etc. Food presentation wasn't good either. The service was minimal as was the ambiance. I wouldn't go back...

The food and service is great. It more of a take out joint as the seating is limited. Overall the food is delicious and worth the price. Their tea is really nice too.

Our second time eating here. The food is very good and is made with care, the place is very clean. We would eat here every week if we lived in the area. We took a meal to go to eat the next day.

Although I did feel that there was something lacking, my overall impression of this place is good. This is one of the few Persian restaurants that serves halal food. Kababs were excellent and affordable. Portions are large enough to fulfill your hunger. The ambience is minimalist. Go here if you are in a mood for some good halal Iranian food.
