This is a Pakistani restaurant. The full menu according to the owner/manager is halal. The food is very good and the presentation is excellent, but the service is a bit slow. Please also note that this is a licensed establishment which means they serve alcohol and therefore it is not Halal certified by FIANZ (Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand).
Lived in Delhi for 2 years. I miss panipuri and pav bhaji. So happy they had panipuri. Will definitely go back. It was perfect.
