The grocery were decent, however, it was the worst butcher ever, I purchased 2 pound of lamb, after the butcher recommendation and when I arrived to my home, the meat were smelly and old, I throw them right away, I cannot feed my family such a food.

In the past year, it has been improved a lot. It is a good place now in Salt Lake if you want to try Iranian kabobs. Especially Koobideh kabob which is similar to Arabic Shish kabob is really good in this restaurant because unlike many other restaurants, Sharhzad's Iranian chef knows how to make it with lamb. The price is not cheep, but not expensive. The only drawback is the instability of the food quality. There are few cases that you go there and you encounter kabobs with low quality and it seems that sometimes they change the person who makes it and that's why. So hope for your good luck and try it!

Try Kabob koobideh, barg and sultani in this restaurant. Also you may like lamb liver and heart kabob. These items are really good. But other dishes are just OK, maybe don't worth a try if you want to try Persian food once. The drawback is that the quality is not persistent especially about koobideh, but mostly very good. So if you didn't like it the first time, come back later. You will not get disappointed!

This is a really good middle eastern restaurant, we go about every weekend. The brrf or chicken kabobs are great and the gormeh sabzi or badomjohn are very authentic persian flavors. It is very clean and the personnel are very friendly. Thanks Sharhrazad.

My husband and I love eating here. We have brought friends and family here. It's the best middle eastern food we've found in SLC. (We recently moved here from NYC). My only complaint is the service. They should hire or train staff to be professional.

This is a great new store, resturant, and meat market for all people. The facility is clean. The food is exceptionally good. And the staff is so freindly, so helpful, and thoughtful. If you have had a hard day at work - so see Mohammed at this business and your day will be made so happy. This truly is my favorite resturant in the Salt Lake City Metro area.

the food was good except for the hummus which tasted like the cheap canned stuff, it definitely was not made in the restaurant. but i can't leave a good rating as i found a hair in my food. i brought it to their attention. they apologized, but did not comp that plate or even offer a discount. that is unacceptable!

A huge store with an excellent selection of grocery items in a very well organized manner. The butcher shop will prepare meat as you request, but we've had so-so experience with the supply of chicken in terms of quality. The lamb is generally very good. They also have a deli/restaurant in back which is pretty good, but needs a much more expanded menu.
