Nice Shayrwarmas...nice place to sit an enjoy eating with outdoor seating available. Food quality was good as well.
Visited Montreal in August with my family. The place is in a below street level unit. It is very small and a fast food type joint. The food was good. They are very busy. For the area they are located in, I expected more. Pretty good for a quick bite.
We had a party of about 25 with us and they accommodated us very well. The service and food was excellent. My favorite is the beef shawerma. It is so tender and juicy. You won\'t want to miss out on this place.
Great food
came here for a late night snack. we had the kabob sandwiches and they tasted really good. highly recommend this place! it\'s always busy!
Awesome location, and pretty good food. I've been going to this spot for over 15 years. they recently changed ownership and I couldnt be happier. The only major flaw I had with this place was the portions, which the new owners have taken care of - they don't cheap you out...
Very good food! Literally finger-licking good! We had the chicken Shawarma plate and it was just marvelous in taste.
Does not use halal meat . The staff are very rude. I stop eating there when I discovered that they lie about their Halal meat !
By far the best shawarma place in Montreal. Excellent food and great customer service makes this a delightful place to have a meal. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Montreal. Two thumbs up!
We were a group of 4, walked in late on a sunday night from an 8 hour drive. We were warmly received by the owner, he offered us Kibbi while our order was being prepared. The Kibbi was actualy great. I had a combo plate, food was good but nothing special, portions were kinda small compared to other places. When we went to pay, to our surprise, he charged us for the kibbi. We didnt mind paying for it but we did nto apreciate the gesture of offering us something wihtout telling us that we will be charged for it.
Don't know about the "Best place to get shawarmas in Montreal" but up there. It's open late and service is quick.
Best place to get shawarmas in Montreal.....Also located in the heart of downtown.
a very poor meat quality
The food is excellent, but the service is not. I don't like to complain about stuff like this, but I find it very offensive when a muslim owner treats muslims like second class customers. I've been there over 50 times, and everytime i go; i never get asked how im doing or anything even though the owner knows me for years. other people go, and he has full length conversations with them. i like the food, so i just order over the phone. the portions aren't that great...
Pretty good for a fast-food lebanese restaurant, but I must agree that the people taking orders for delivery are not the politest.
delicious shish taouck sandiwches.......
The good:some excellent fatoosh-and i have tasted many types back home-,excellent veggie pitas-though be warned:they contain fried eggplants and potatoes- and the shawermas(beef & chicken pitas) are good as well. They are open till 3am too!. The bad:i find their kabab and chicken grills average at best. The ugly:delivery.I am a constant customer for delivery but i have an on-going problem with the food being delivered cool-especially late at night for which i do not blame them i guess-. Overall, this is one great arabian resto. It beats kana-zaman and al basha hands down.
I came here in June, 2005 and grabbed a quick meal for my way back home. I'm pretty sure it was a chicken shwarma and it was pretty good. I'd recommend this place.
The grilled veggy sandwich is highly recommended, bet you can't have just one! hehe..
Was my first time to Boustan; my girlfriend is a long-time fan and she said I had to have some. Very, very, very good - especially the garlic sauce and potatoes (*insert Homer drool*)
We love the chiken pitas, we think they are the best in montreal!
Shish Taouk & Potatoes w/sauce.
shish taouk pita....4$ potatoe...2$ boustan's veggie pita priceless
The Veggie Pita is Amazing! I can't get enough! More more more!
