The owners are Muslim and have confirmed its halal status.. All food at this restaurant is certified halal.
Consistently popular since 2000, our downtown facilities offer catering and a large beautiful banquet hall. Football Pizza offers fresh baked flat breads daily and the restaurant provides the highest quality Afghani dishes using zabiha halal meats and fresh produce, The dining ambiance is pleasantly casual and intimate, with seating available in a charming interior setting.

This place is now called Fooball Pizza. Coming from a place where there are no Halal pizza places I had to take advantage of being in an area where there are multiple. I loaded up on the meat toppings and it was a pretty decent pizza but certainly nowhere close to the best I have had. Overall a good experience though and I recommend this place.
great food as always, reasonable prices, friendly and accommodating staff. will be returning back.
Great place! Their football pizza was amazing! I ordered the meat special pizza. The pizza was extremely delicious! It was very crispy and great to bite in! Every time I am in the area I make it a point to stop here =) I would highly recommend this place!
I have been to this restaurant several times their pizzas rock! The owners can be really mean at rimes especially if u have a complain but we find the prices to be very high if u are going for pizza I recommend u go here but if u are going for gyros I would recommend Big Marina anytime!
I LOVE the football pizzas! One of the best iftars I've had in a while, highly recommended for a group of friends to eat at a good price.
Amazing Pizza! Yum!
Delicious food, very costly!
Neat and clean food, nice taste
I have been to this place innumerable times. The experience in terms of service has been very variable every time. Sometimes the service is good and friendly and other times it is very bad, to say the least. The quality and the quantity of food is the best in the town. No place can beat them in the taste department. As you would expect meat is the most common ingredient in their cuisine but it is always cooked to perfection. The problems are that they do not have a parking place available and you have to park on the street. The other problem is that their mood and service fluctuates a lot. Sometimes they would refuse to give you free water and at other times they might consider it albeit with a frown on their eye brow. The major problem with them is that they would not accept individual orders if you go with other friends who will share the bill with you. They are particularly mean about this. The wait time is moderately long and depends on your order. But then again I go there because they are the best food in town.
we were visiting the area from chicagoland and someone recommended this place. its a nice Afghan resturant. The food was good and prices were OK. Much to my chagrin they did not have chapi kababs though.
Wonderful food & room for family to sit as well. They seem to take their time in preparing the meal, so budget accordingly. But the food is worth the wait.
We ate there few years ago(2003), under cooked food very bad expeirence so never dared to go back there. May be they have improved there food now but I have never seen anyone sitting inside on passing by.
Mash'Allah excellent food! The best meal I have had in Minnesota. I highly recommend. I had the Chicken Kebab plate. There were three things I didn't like, which are not related to the food. The place smelled funny, bathroom needs better lighting and the restaurant floors need better cleaning. But if you don't care for these things the food is A++++!
Thier all-meat Afghani style pizza is Excellent, especially with their green chilli sauce. It is just too good.
Clean place and good buffet for lunch. I liked it. There is several Afghani maps and pictures in it but in taste it is more Pakistani than Afghani. Kabobs and tikkas were excellent in buffet.
This food is the best. The place was very clean and the people kind. Some days I simply crave their food.
Very good food and clean environment. Nice people. Prices are very appropriate
The food is excellent, so delicious and the owners are kind and good people. My family and I had been eating there often since they opened a few years ago. However, we no longer eat there due to a consistant and obvious lack of cleaniness. It is too bad since the food is SO GOOD.
Specializing in Afghani cuisine, the food and selection is outstanding. Award winning decor and family owned and operated. We recommend the Combo, the best in the State.
"My family and I have visited most of the Halaal restaurants in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. Of them all, this is hands down the best! The speciality is Afghani food. But, feel free to try their Pizza as well -- there's a house speciality pizza which we would all recommend. But, by far the best dish served by this establishment is the Combo. The portions are generous and the food is magnificent. If you visit, tell them Sa'eed sent you."
