DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! 3 hours after ordering, food is still not here and they have the audacity to say its been delivered. When we turn up at the shop complaining, they laugh in the back making a joke of it. We ordered at 4.30pm and its after 7.30pm and the foods no where to be seen. We have been fasting all day and iftar was at 5.48pm. Its not the first time its taken over 2 hours for delivery ! Workers are rude, dont answer the phone. We rang 93 times before they answered. Once they did answer she put us on hold before hanging up the call! This is OUTRAGEOUS! I dont know how theyre still operating, its absolutely pathetic from such a well established business. Its made my whole view on pepes become negative. I will never be ordering from there ever again and anyone reading this DONT ORDER FROM THERE! I would rate it minus 10 if I could!
