worst place to order from, especially on uber eats. every single time i order, my drivers stay there for 30+ minutes and end up having to cancel the order completely or open it up and have that cycle repeat again. why be on uber eats if you won’t fulfil orders? sainsbury’s customer service doesn’t help. uber eats told me to call them directly to see what the issue is and all sainsbury’s does is tell me to call uber eats despite it being a sainsbury’s issue. never attempting to order from here again.
