We chose Teppanyaki Ousaka for my birthday dinner and I honestly couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to celebrate. It was our first time trying Ōmi beef, and every bite completely lived up to the hype. The spiny lobster was just as incredible fresh, sweet, and perfectly cooked. The biggest thank you goes to our chef, Asako. She made the entire experience feel so personal, and it was a joy watching her prepare every course with such care. Iwayan gave us some of the best service we’ve had anywhere in Japan. He was kind, attentive, and truly made my birthday feel special. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, the service, and the overall atmosphere were simply exceptional. I’m still raving about the most delicious garlic chips ever! This was so much more than dinner it was an experience I’ll never forget, thank you for an incredible birthday dinner.
