This place made me realize that not all A5 wagyu beef in Japan is good. We ordered the premium loin, and it was unfortunately very stiff and chewy. It was so unpleasant that we ended up throwing away a good portion of it. We also had the panga salad, which was actually good and probably the only positive part of the meal. We ordered oolong tea and asked if they could sweeten it or provide sugar, but they didn’t have any available. The restaurant itself is very dim and not very clean, and the table setup is uncomfortable as the gas hose for the yakiniku stove runs right through the middle of the table, which makes dining awkward. All in all, I would not recommend this place at all. We ended up leaving and finishing our dinner at a nearby halal shawarma spot, which was excellent and far more satisfying.
