We have been a regular customer here for a few years now but recently, we’ve been highly disappointed with their customer service. The young guy at the front is utterly rude despite seeing us all the time. It is incredibly sad because we used to love going here but don’t plan on going anymore due to this utter disrespect how they are behaving despite being a Muslim business we expect better behavior towards their own community.

This store has so much potential and I’m all for supporting local business but this place is truly a disappointment. First off , as soon as you walk into the store , it smells horrendous. Like old meat juice left out for too long. This not only raises health concerns but it also speaks for the consideration or lack of the owner has for its customers. Also , to cover the smell up, the clerk decided to have incense burning on blast instead of addressing the root cause of the smell. The meat department is very unorganized and nothing is properly displayed. If you ask any for assistance , the butcher appears to be unbothered and annoyed to answer questions. I am paying for this item so I have every right to ask to see the piece before it’s cut. It’s simple consumerism. The organization of the whole store in general is a mess. Like why is there halal beer next to the yogurt? Like what is happening ? Also - nothing has price tags on it. The handful times I have been there , it always appears understaffed and I have to go find an employee to ring me up. Have designated staff for the register , stocking , and the meat shop! I hope this review serves as constructive feedback and management does something to address these concerns.

We love this store! We've been getting our groceries here for about 8 years now, This is the best halal meat in the suburbs! They are so busy with orders they have 3 butchers. Abu Bakr is our trusted butcher and he knows exactly how to cut the meat for any desi dish you're making! There is no smell of meat ever in the store which shows they keep it very nest, clean and tidy. All the meat is top quality and trimmed nicely. The store is fully stocked all the time, very well organized and they have everything you need from 100's of raw spices including rare finds like javitri and Pipli (good quality), boxed spices, at least 40 brands of rice, atta and maida flours and even a isle for home goods like pots, pans, dishes, tawa flat pans, beauty products and soaps, all kinds of drinks, various flavors of sharbats like roofza etc.. They stock all your needs and you won't need to go anywhere else! Great sale prices on different items too. They are very friendly and are happy to help you.
