As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.
Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. Osmow's states that their meats are sourced from central halal-certified suppliers and that all of its meat is hand-slaughtered.
Worst experience of my reviews. The food tasted like it was dumped in vinegar, i took one bite and had to spit out the food, the pita was soggy and when the amount of beef was not at all what servings suggested. . No suggestions were made for my first time trying meditranian food. I asked as a first time guest what the food is spiced with, the woman didnt know how to speak English and also hard of hearing. I was the only customer in the place and when an Uber delivery driver came to pick up the order, the woman became very friendly and smiling. Then when the driver left she assumed the not wanting to be there and not friendly at all. This was the only fast food open late, the woman was working alone with no one else there. Very dark lit and hard to find on Google as well as parking lot lighting. Definitely did not feel safe in the area of the front entrance.
