We have been regular customers here, often visiting just to buy ice cream for our 5-year-old son. Today, he ordered a mango scoop for himself and a chocolate scoop for his mother. However, the staff served both scoops together in a single cup; maybe she misunderstood. It's ok, we can understand. Then we politely asked for an empty cup to separate them, but the staff rigidly refused and demanded extra payment for the cup. Even after seeing our child was disappointed and about to cry in distress, they remained completely indifferent and stubborn. Later, the nearby shop staff gave one cup It wasn’t about the money for us; it was about basic human decency and customer service. Despite our long loyalty, we will never step into this shop again. Highly disappointed.
