Part of the Chaiiwala chain — see all 121 locationsChaiiwala began in Leicester in 2015 with a simple, almost stubborn idea: bring the cardamom-and-ginger karak our founders grew up with, the cup served in family kitchens and roadside dhabas across South Asia, to the British high street, properly. No syrups. No shortcuts. A seven-spice blend, whole milk, slow brewing, pulled long the way it’s done back home. The first store opened its doors in Leicester, and the queue made the case. People weren’t just looking for a chaii, they were looking for the cup that meant home. Ten years on, we’re 115 stores strong across the UK, Canada and growing, pouring over 100 million cups, and still brewing each one the way our founders learned in Mumbai.

Under staff. Cleaning. On Saturday evening I visited this branch and sat down with a friend from London. I didn't realised even in the middle of no where there is Parking restrictions. You must enter your reg to svail an hour and half stay. Made a genuine mistake and got a parking ticket £100 after 2 months. This is how they are robbing you. I raised an appeal explain to them I was there in the evening on Saturday didn't see the board and also on your Google business listing there is no mention of parking restrictions. They asked me to give them proof if I was a customer. I went back in the branch and got a duplicate and sent them. They straight away refused to waive off the fine. Spoken with branch manager Salma and also to the head office but no retrieve. For a coffee I have to pay £121. Is that fair?
