Not even worth one star . . Very disappointing experience. The food arrived cold, and instead of the Pepsi I ordered (as shown in the app photos), I was given a cheap alternative. I also ordered gravy, which arrived looking stale and out of date – once mixed, it turned into a jelly-like texture and was completely inedible. When I called the takeaway to raise my concerns, the staff member struggled to understand me, and after having to repeat myself several times, I was told to “put the gravy in the microwave.” That is not an acceptable solution when food has been delivered in such poor condition. When I asked what could be done about the order, no options were given and the call was eventually ended on me. Poor food quality, poor service, and no effort to resolve the issue. Definitely would recommend.
