Chaiiwala began in Leicester in 2015 with a simple, almost stubborn idea: bring the cardamom-and-ginger karak our founders grew up with, the cup served in family kitchens and roadside dhabas across South Asia, to the British high street, properly. No syrups. No shortcuts. A seven-spice blend, whole milk, slow brewing, pulled long the way it’s done back home. The first store opened its doors in Leicester, and the queue made the case. People weren’t just looking for a chaii, they were looking for the cup that meant home. Ten years on, we’re 115 stores strong across the UK, Canada and growing, pouring over 100 million cups, and still brewing each one the way our founders learned in Mumbai.

New Review (3 Stars): I have now come back again and seen a slight improvement as service was given like every other branch, people bought our food out which was very nice, still wait times are very very long and cleaniness needs improvement, i will be back again to see if things improve and update my review accordingly, i believe in fair chances, i apprieciate you working on it. Old Review (2 Stars): Come on lads you know how to run Chaiiwala stores properly, you have many successful branches, what happened to this one? I been twice now both times been big disappointment. Wait times are crazyyy long, im talking over 30 mins for even just 1 item, if you do a big order then you stuck for minimum 1 hour whether or not its busy. Need to hire more staff brothers or add more machines to speed up orders or both. The next thing is the place is 24 hours however the inside is closed by 11pm, i would have liked it to be a proper 24 hour place rather than a mcdonalds, i thought you was better than mcdonalds, please leave the inside open 24 hours, you spent all that money building the inside of the store nicely but don't want to use it, cmon bros. I also noticed lots and lots of rubbish in the car park on the grass from chaiiwala, this would reduce that as people would be eating inside rather than in their cars and then just making mess and leaving it outside. The next thing is it is so dirty inside man, we moved tables 3 times today trying to find one half decent to sit on, all the seats had sticky stuff on them, the tables the same and crumbs and dirt everywhere, you need to get someone cleaning properly and often, you bringing down the brand image keeping it dirty like this especially since its newly opened too, this is really bad. The food was nice, very expensive but nice, the price we paid for simple snacks reached restuarant prices, but you not getting the quality or service of the restuarant or the cleanliness, in burnley branch staff bring out the food to your table same with every other branch i visit, this one none of that happen, where has the customer service disappeared. All of your issues seem to be from a lack of staff, hire a full time cleaning staff no other job just cleaning, hire another 2 people as well to help make the food and serve the food. Finished, you will make plenty of money, hiring another 3 workers won't make a dent to your profits. But running it poorly will make a big dent to your profits as people will try it once and go elsewhere and not return. Sort it out brothers, i know you know how to run businesses properly so get it sorted. I rarely leave bad reviews only when i feel you have really disappointed me
