As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

I’m extremely disappointed with my order from Bolton & Osmo’s. I specifically requested a medium half-and-half with extra garlic and seasoning, but what I got was a sloppy, unbalanced mess. The sauce was uneven, the portions were off, and it looked nothing like what I ordered. This was my first time ordering, and it left a terrible impression. I expect much better from a local business. I won’t be coming back.
