Ordered through app to be delivered by Uber, order arrived missing a $20.50 burrito, phoned the store and was told to put a complaint into Uber or come into the store. Took photos of our meal that was delivered then drove to the store , everything was stone cold . Spoke to the young girl with brown hair in a ponytail and said I phoned the store as we were missing part of the order and now everything is cold so could we please have the whole order re made and get the missing burrito. She took the bag and spoke to another young girl with blonde hair explained my request after paying over $70 for a meal that was only half there and she looked at me like I was asking the world , she said yes took the bag and we went to the rear of the store to wait . While waiting the young girl with brown hair on the register was smirking and laughing and walked behind the raised counter to speak with the girl that took the bag and the apparent male manager that was no older than her , he then looked and smirked and was continually looking at saying things under his breath . I said to my husband let’s move back to the front just so we could ensure we were not getting back the stone cold food Our order was announced then the supposed male manager said here is your food I said thank you and then he fired and both my husband and accused us of taking photos of the young girl on the register. He advised that staff saw this and she is a minor . No photo was taken he then started to raise his voice and advising us not to speak to ‘’His Staff’’ I said I beg your pardon he then turned at my husband and was in his face say don’t speak to my staff she is a minor . I spoke to another supposed manager and asked for the managers number . What was supposed to be a quote night in having food delivered we had to return to get the overpriced food and then got ZERO apology and was then confronted , accused and spoken to in a putrid way by the apparent managers on shift . The only one who was respectful enough was the young lady who gave me the number . The way staff spoke to us as paying customers was terrible and to be accused of taking photos I wish I did so I could point out the absolute disrespect from the staff Will never return and suggest some training in etiquette and respect as we went in there just wanting what we paid for not the mouthful and disgusting behaviour from apparent managers who clearly have no clue what the role of a manager is nor how to treat customers that ultimately pay their wage The drive through was overloaded and the store was a mess
