Perfectly crusted on the outside, giving way to a creamy, cheesy center, all brought together with a rich beet sauce. The chaat was vibrant and well-balanced, hitting all the textures and flavors you hope for. And the litti chokha was a great surprise. This is the kind of place that feels dialed in across the board.
