I had an amazing evening at COYA Mayfair. Every single dish was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, beautifully presented, and each one completely different from the last. The variety throughout the meal made the whole experience exciting, and it was clear that so much thought had gone into every plate. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the service. SANDRO was exceptional. He struck the perfect balance between being highly professional and incredibly warm and down-to-earth, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. He took the time to explain the menu in detail, offered fantastic recommendations, and guided us through the experience with real passion and knowledge. Nothing ever felt rushed or scripted—just genuine hospitality at its best. Outstanding food, outstanding service, and a special thank you to SANDRO for making an already fantastic meal into such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back.
