I left overall disappointed with our visit. Service was very slow. our two crispy chicken waffles, shakshuka, and soft spicy Nashville Eggs Benedict took about 30 minutes to arrive, and the dishes came out five minutes apart, leaving some of our food cold when we started eating. The server also seemed unsure about which dish belonged to which table when serving. The Eggs Benedict was especially frustrating. we ordered it with a soft yolk, but it arrived hard. The owner kindly offered to remake it, but the replacement came with buffalo sauce instead of Nashville, which felt careless on their end. It felt like they brought out the dish they made for someone else this time around because it only took them about 5 minutes bring this replacement (when it took 30 minutes for the first one to come). It also took them about 15 minutes to bring the bill as well at the end. Our hostess did apologize for the wait, the issues with the meal and the confusion that happened. She also did mention they were understaffed that day and removed the price of the eggs Benedict when we were paying the bill. The atmosphere was nice, though very busy, and the portion sizes didn’t feel worth the price. We were excited for this new location since we’ve enjoyed Eggstatic elsewhere, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t rush back until things improve.
