I had a really good experience at Burger Factory in Waterloo. The burger with the beef patty was delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Definitely one of the better burgers I’ve had in the area. What made the visit even better was the service. The lady working there, Muskan, was awesome. She went above and beyond with customer service and was extremely kind and helpful. I later learned she was fasting during Ramadhan, yet she was still incredibly welcoming and energetic while serving customers. That level of dedication really stood out. If you visit and come across her, please remember to be humble and patient. During Ramadhan many people are fasting and low on energy, so a little kindness and understanding goes a long way. Great food and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back!
