GoogleBought a pretzel suspect it might have been an overnight pretzel being sold next day. Definitely not fresh made! It was extremely hard—so much so that I couldn’t even bite through it. This was really unexpected as Auntie Anne’s is usually my go-to for fresh and soft pretzels. Beware of dishonest merchant.
