One of the worst bakeries in the whole of Singapore. Come here for non-existent service and poor waffles. A few months ago, I purchased a butter waffle. The hot waffle melted the butter and it melted through the whole paper bag. Surely this is something they could have accounted for? What's so hard about giving plastic bag. They also took 10 minutes to make one waffle and I was the only one waiting for a waffle. I think it would be faster to make the waffle from scratch myself. Another thing, when you come, the workers don't bat an eyelid and you can be standing at the cashier for some time as they walk here and there doing god knows what. Three workers but none at the cashier, all ignoring customers??? Perhaps this is some kind of money washing scheme with workers shipped from god knows where. Next, a customer in front of me had a bulk order. He was probably buying for his family, extended family and all their ancestors. Legit super long list of waffles and beverages. Tell me why this customer was whispering his order to the cashier (who only noticed and attended to him some time after he reached the cashier). I was there standing for a good 7 minutes waiting for them to wake up their idea and they still weren't done mulling and deliberating over the intimate details of the waffle and beverage order. The cashier finally gave up with the customer's soft whispering and asked him to hand over his phone so she could see. You would think that would have sped things up but it didnt LOL. Some customers behind me left at the 4 and 5 minute mark but I pressed on. As they continued deliberating into the 7th minute, I couldn't take it so I decided to leave and buy chicken rice at the foodcourt beside. Chicken rice was ordered, prepared and eaten in lesser time than it would have taken to complete an order at Triplets. 👍 Don't come here if you expect any kind of service a paying customer deserves. Better to walk to Lazada mall or anywhere else in Singapore for waffles or baked goods, or basic human decency.
