GoogleRidiculous service where they didn’t mention upfront that I need to wait for 5 mins specifically for the rice ball order. Went to retrieve my order thereafter and the staff just showed attitude and nonchalant when I asked about the status. Worst still, the rice ball wasn’t cooked properly and overheated which ensued in the sesame spilling within the beancurd. Training is required for the staff otherwise suggest to change team.
