As a young bright chef and business man, Sam Osmow took over Polar Submarine as his own business. Sam experimented with his own recipes and came up with truly delicious meals. He soon felt the need to work on changing the whole concept of the restaurant - making it a business he can easily relate to. He reopened up as Osmow's, a truly Mediterranean restaurant at 251 Queen Street South, Unit 1, Mississauga, thereby presenting his new healthy and mouth watering meal selections.

Got a large beef on rice and got it loaded up with extra sauce and toppings. The gentleman taking my order was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was so kind to let me try out their hottest sauce, which was a great way for me to see if it was something I would actually enjoy. However, I have to say that the overall food quality wasn't quite up to par. Thankfully, I was able to get a generous portion of their garlic sauce, which helped compensate a bit. The beef itself was actually quite chewy, which was surprising to me since I've never experienced that particular texture at Ozmows before.
