Food is good and fresh, cooked to order, but the service is definitely lacking. And by the way I see the owners responding to some of these comments with no accountability, I can see why the staff here also lack customer service skills… yikes. Tried to save some time on my way home from work by placing an online order, but online ordering not available for this location. Placed my order in store instead but unfortunately one of the items I wanted (Nashville fries) they said they didn’t have a button for on the terminal. After some unproductive problem solving on their end, I suggested charging me for regular fries but cooking the Nashville fries instead which are both the same price, and this suggested came like some sort of revelation to them. Another thing to mention, the young man at the counter had his AirPod in and cellphone out the whole time while taking my order, which is totally unprofessional.
