I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mandi House in San Francisco, and it was one of the best Middle Eastern experiences I’ve had in the Bay Area. From the moment we walked in, we loved the warm ambiance, beautiful decor, and cozy atmosphere that made the restaurant feel both elegant and welcoming. We started with the beef samosas, which were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The hummus was incredibly fresh and creamy, served with warm bread that paired beautifully with every bite. For our main course, we ordered the Chicken Mandi, and it truly stole the show. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of authentic Yemeni flavors, while the fragrant rice was cooked perfectly and packed with spices that made every bite delicious. To finish the meal, we enjoyed their traditional tea and assorted sweets. The tea was comforting and aromatic, and the selection of baklava and desserts was fresh, flaky, and not overly sweet the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and creates an authentic dining experience that makes you want to stay and relax. If you’re looking for authentic Yemeni food in San Francisco, delicious Chicken Mandi, fresh hummus, amazing desserts, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Mandi House. It’s easily one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in San Francisco, and I can’t wait to come back.
