Masjid al-Huda is a non-profit religious organization dedicated to establishing holistic Muslim communities, promoting good understanding and friendly relations among Muslims and non-Muslims, and bringing awareness to unity in humanity. Through the establishment of a house of worship with a focus on the dissemination of the prestine knowledge of Islam that is derived from the noble Qur'an, Sunnah of the beloved Messenger (Peace be upon Him), and the traditions of the pious predecessors of Islam, we hope to bring a revival in Islamic spiritual rectification in every facet of our communities. In addition to serving the Muslim community of Fremont, we hope to serve all the Muslim communities within the Bay Area by responding to their religious needs.

Large prayer area but currently under renovation. Five time prayers and Jummah prayer are not established but will be soon. Insha'Allah. Amazing story behind this masjid mashAllah. One unique aspect is that the masjid is going through a renovation after being one of the oldest orthodox Catholic Churches in the East Bay. It's located right in the heart if downtown historic Union City. The property is still being paid for so they still need all your financial help. Alhamdulillah its founders are committed to paying the remaining balance without interest! Quite a rarity these days. Perhaps what makes this masjid unparalleled to any other masjid in America are two factors. One, the educational aspects and any final decisions will be made by qualified scholars raised in America. Second, the majority of the founders and board members are young, practicing professionals in their twenties! These young Muslims spearheaded much of the work to start the masjid. Not to undermine the invaluable work of the elders and scholars who have also contributed greatly.
