Moazzin comment below from some brother is correct. Irony is that they don't allow any other moazzin. Few things that can be improved: 1. Cut down political and mostly show off weekly speeches from BCMA (masjid's organizing body) at every Jumma congregation 2. Move school from Masjid 3. Train Khuddam so they can behave well with namazis. They do great job of cleaning masjid but wipe off all their good work with extremely bitter, rude and disrespectful attitude towards namazis 4. One thing where I totally support rude (but righteous) Khuddam of masjid is when it comes to parents not only not taking care of their children but also when Khuddam talk to their children then all of sudden parents appear from somewhere and teach disrespect to their own kids

The muazzins need to be better appointed. Aside from that, mashallah, it is a well organized and beautiful masjid. A lot of knowledge can be gained from the Mufti there right now

Masjid at-Taqwa (aka the Surrey Masjid) is a beautifully-built new mosque (the photo of this mosque featured above is an old one). There is a sizeable Muslim community in the surrounding areas of this mosque. A mosque, in one form or another, has been situated in this location for as long as I could remember (over 20 years). It would have been nice if the mosque included a gymnasium, as this would surely attract more youth.
