Such a shame that the standard of Phat Milk has plummeted, it used to be such a great staple on Mt Alexander Road. I just returned to the area after a year working overseas and went to Phat Milk for brunch this morning to find the outdoor eating area really unclean, and my order woefully wrongly done (menu item for reference - I did ask for scrambled eggs instead of poached eggs but no goats cheese, salad or salsa in sight, and the bread was wrong). My friend’s drink they ordered was out of stock, so we left after I’d taken a few bites, weren’t offered a refund and weren’t given an apology. Very sad but at least I’ll save money at home now!
