Was hesitant to try this store due to the poor reviews but I was in the area and craving chicken rice. The chicken rice overall wasn't bad at all, but it's quite mediocre. Saw a review that says huge portion but the portion I got was average for both packs, definitely not large. Chicken was soft and tender but not much flavor other than sesame oil and soy sauce. Rice is alright, slightly too mushy as if they added too much water when cooking, not fluffy. No cucumber but comes with a leaf of lettuce. Chili sauce is bright and citrusy, moderately spicy, not aggressive which I thought was nice, and they give good amount of chili in a small container. No dark soy sauce.
