Not allowed to choose other vegetables other than onions and capsicums for beef mushroom. I have always been able to choose my vegetables every time I ordered the same. Not going to buy from this outlet anymore.

Last Thursday, we ordered 10 sets of sandwishes for collection on Sunday morning. The staff, Aimin has prepared the food readily for our collection. He is very courteous and has offered us good service. Kudos! Keep it up!

Today went to buy Subway with my daughter as she wanted Subway. During ordering and heating up of her food, the staff in specs asked if we wanted cookie and drink to go along with the food. We decline as she just only want the bread. At the cashier, another staff ask us to take the cookie and drink as it comes along free. We took the advise of the staff at the cashier and took the cookie and drink. When we were paying, I can hear the staff in specs talking with the staff at the cashier about only when its free then we take the cookie and drink in Malay. 1st of all, he did not say it comes along with our order. He only told us if want cookie and drink. My daughter decline as she might be able to finish the drink and cookie. Secondly, Its only when the staff at the cashier that it comes along with the bread then we took it. I shared the drink and cookie with my sister when I got home.

I still remember my first time at Subway. I had no clue what was going on. My friend brought me, and I thought I was just ordering a sandwich. Then they hit me with, “What bread? What meat? What veggies? What sauce?” I was like, wait, what? I panicked and just said, “Same as her,” thinking I’d just copy her order and survive this mystery quiz. Honestly, I didn’t even know what I was eating just knew it was edible. Fast forward to today flatbread, egg mayo, one scoop of tuna. Still my favorite combo. I know exactly what I want now and even pay the extra $0.60 for flatbread like a seasoned pro. Whole meal came with a drink and a cookie too all for $8.90. Can’t complain. From a clueless newbie to Subway regular. But that egg mayo + tuna? Always a classic. So, what’s your go-to Subway combo? Let me know your favorite pair! Pretty standard Subway imho, best part it opens till late and have some indoor air conditioned seats. Simple to park directly behind the store. Would be great if their lights behind was turned on if they are still open. I was worried a little when I first came at 10pm! All is well. Staff is polite and works fast.
