I visited your store yesterday at 10:15 PM and had a very disappointing experience with one of the female employees. I ordered a 1/4 chicken breast, but she gave me a leg piece instead. When I politely told her that I had ordered breast, she argued with me and said I had asked for leg, which was not true. I then asked her to change it, and although she did, her behavior was very rude and unprofessional. It made me feel uncomfortable and completely ruined my appetite. I am a regular customer and have been coming to this store for a long time, and I have never experienced this kind of treatment before. The food was good as always, but customer service is just as important. I hope the management looks into this and improves staff behavior.
