Ordered food which was advised to be a 45 minute wait, ended up taking 1 hour and 30 minutes which I was not happy with. Arrived lukewarm and when I vented my frustrations to driver and the stand-in manager on the phone, they have since accused me of kicking the car (proved false by various CCTV) and have been threatened with the police (not sure which law I broke because I didn't)... not even worth getting a refund as the food was somewhat decent but I will definitely not be coming back here.
